What are you afraid of?

Everyone has a fear, whether it is monsters, spiders, speaking in public or being around many people at once. Fear is an unpleasant feeling of perceived risk or danger, be it real or imagined. Fear also can be described as a feeling of extreme dislike towards certain conditions, objects or situations such as: fear of darkness, fear of ghosts, etc. Don’t be surprised if someone comes up with a rare fear.

“I am afraid of public speaking”, said Jessica Hutchins.

Most people dread doing public speaking. Some people cannot handle all eyes looking at them at the same time.  They are so afraid that they start sweating or maybe they even pass out.

“I am afraid that one day I am going to wake up and be the only one on Earth,” said Daniella Ilardo.

Being alone on Earth can seem like a good thing, but it can also be a bad thing. At first you may enjoy having all the freedom to yourself. Not having to worry about paying for anything or waiting in long lines. However, if you are a type of person who enjoys company like most people, you may not like being alone on the earth. After all, talking to the mannequins about your problems will not salsify you for long.

Ever have someone walk up to you that you don’t know? Do you run like the wind or do you stand there awkwardly smiling and waving, hoping that they aren’t some psycho person who wants to murder you.

“Spiders are one of my fears,” said Eryn Che.

Who hates those creepy crawlers known as spiders? Can you imagine the spider being on the doorknob of the door that you need to go through?  You know what’s worse than seeing the spider? Not being able to see the spider anymore… When you can no longer see the spider, it is a good time to pack all of you stuff and sleep in someone else’s room., unless you’re one of those people who want to get bit by a spider and hope to turn into Spiderman.

“I have a fear of big crowds,” said Rodriguez.

Who has been to an amusement park such as Universal Studios or Disney World? The crowd is unbelievable, especially if you are one of those people who loves to wait until the very last minute before the park closes. No matter how old you are, if you lose your parents or friends in a park, it’s time to panic. If you can’t find your family, and can’t get ahold of them because their cell phone is dead, you might want to start running, yelling their names, and hoping nobody tries to kidnap you.
