On Saturday, November 6th, 2021, a rally was organized for Saint Leo University alumni during the Homecoming weekend. At this event, former Saint Leo students got together in remembrance of the good old college days. It was a fulfilling and joyful atmosphere where alumni and current students had the chance to meet and reunite.
Saint Leo University’s Homecoming was an occasion to reunite and share memories with old friends. The 50th reunion was one for the ages. Reunited around a good cup of their favorite coffee, the alumni gathered in a joyful and warm atmosphere in this however cold weather of early November.

Diwali is mostly celebrated in India and Nepal and it is the festival of lights. It is a five-day celebration of the victory of light over darkness. During Diwali, people perform worship ceremonies to Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Because the festival falls on the same day as the Hindu New Year, it is connected with an opportunity to start again.

Annually, Saint Leo University has a series of music and theater productions held by the music and theater programs. The university’s end of the year performance has already begun on the school’s main campus, auditions have passed, and the choir has been settled on. But this does not mean that the theater and music programs are done with their performances. There are still upcoming concerts, and everybody is invited
The Saint Leo University volleyball team came back home from a short break this season with the South Region Crossover. Hosting a game against Tritons of Eckerd College on Nov. 2, they won three sets to none, 25-19, 25-20, 25-20, consecutively, leading them to three wins and three losses in the whole tournament.
Here at Saint Leo University, we deeply value our veterans. Reserves Officers Training Course, or better known as ROTC, is a program here at the university where we partnered with the University of South Florida to provide options for prospective students wanting to join the military while pursuing higher education.
