At the beginning of the new semester, those at Saint Leo University should find a recreational activity suitable for themselves. These activities will improve lifestyles and all-around fitness.

“I have been here since 2013. I enjoy working here and the community aspect is really good. Our activities are open to all students, faculty, and staff,” said Conner Kilpatrick, the Director of Recreation at Saint Leo.

The goal of the Saint Leo recreation department is to provide safe, quality programming through recreational activities that promote the social, mental, and physical well-being.

In competitive and casual leagues, students can enjoy college through social and healthy learning by relaxing and finding your passion or achieving your goals.
