“Don’t Look Up”: a climate crisis satire that lacks BIPOC voice

Instead of making yet another resolution to eat healthier, or exercise daily, challenge yourself to ditch those resolutions and incorporate some of the following tips into your new lifestyle that will for sure benefit your overall health.
“I can honestly say that I am glad that I choose Saint Leo because I have found my major of interest to study as well have been given many leadership opportunities that I don’t think I would have gotten as easily at another college,” said Hauser.
Noemi Reyes is Saint Leo University’s Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education (CARE) program director. The CARE program assists in raising awareness, educating the community about prevention, and providing support to survivors of sexual assault or violence. Reyes does more than work at Saint Leo; she takes a humanitarian position in our community and has a longstanding history of working to support others.

Many students struggle with anxiety in college due to the change in environment, pacing, and the different demands. Cameron White, a Saint Leo University class of ’21 graduate, can attest to these challenges through his own college experience.
On Thursday Dec. 9, 2021, from 4 p.m.-6 p.m., the holiday spirit was turned all the way up at the “Rockin’ Around the Tree” event hosted by WLSL 92.7, the Saint Leo University campus radio station. Students, faculty, and members of the Saint Leo community gathered to share in cookies, cocoa, and carols courtesy of the station.
