On the evening of Nov. 16, students walking down by the Student Activities Building Loggia were presented with something truly extraordinary: a buffet line wrapped around the clock tower, full of excited and hungry students. The building was lined with tray after tray of delicious and aromatic food, each one unique to a specific culture and just waiting to be devoured.

It is not often that a university gets to host an historical event of both international and interreligious significance. However, with the recent Papal Knighthood investiture of Rabbi A. James Rudin, Saint Leo University got to do exactly that.
Saint Leo University’s Fall Family Festival is an event hosted every year to bring families and students together to enjoy different events on campus. This year, the school decided to join both the annual Homecoming and the festival, meaning double the fun for all that attended. Over the course of three days, many events took place, like the student talent show, the alumni baseball game, the Lions Rally, the family fest, and so much more.
It was a cloudy and windy day, but that did not stop the Director of the Office of Military Affairs and Services, Dr. Lawrence “Larry” Braue, from organizing the Veterans Day ceremony on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 8.
On Saturday, Nov. 12, the first ever Kayaking & Fishing tournament was held by Lake Jovita. The event was hosted by the Sporting Clays team in awareness to help them raise money for their team. Event attendees showed their support, got to enjoy delicious food, and got to go kayaking and fishing.
On Nov. 11, we all come together to honor and celebrate our veterans. Saint Leo University has a long military heritage, dating all the way back to 1973 when Saint Leo first recognized military personnel and their families as an important part of the student community. From here it only expanded, with Saint Leo being named one of largest committed educational providers to the U.S. military.
On Saturday, October 22, the competitive hacking team of Saint Leo University—the PenTest club—showed off their computer technology skills and made silver at a recent Capture the Flag (CTF) competition in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The lights were dimmed, the audience hushed, and the first Saint Leo University theatre student stepped out onto the Black Box stage for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic. This was for All in the Timing, a series of one-act comedies that took place every evening on the University Campus from Nov. 4 to Nov. 6.
