To celebrate Black History Month, the Nan Nkama Pan African Dance Group payed a visit to Saint Leo University and performed on Tuesday, Feb. 21. Students and faculty gathered at the SCC Lakeside Patio to enjoy the performance and get into the rhythm. The dancers showed off several different traditional and contemporary dances and, at the end, invited audience members to participate in the dancing and singing. This was the group’s third time entertaining SLU and they hope to return for a fourth.
