It is the perfect time of month to go pick out pumpkins, take fun fall photos, go on hayrides, and celebrate fall! Only 50 minutes away from Saint Leo University is Raprager Farms. Raprager Farms opened their fall festival on Sept. 18, so fall lovers can enjoy a couple of months’ worth of fun. The fall festival has so much, you could spend hours there having a blast. General admission is only 21 dollars, and for that price, there is much to do.

The fall festival at Raprager Farms begins at 11 a.m. on Fridays and opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the farm closes at 11 p.m., and on Sundays, they close at 9 p.m.

During the daytime, the fall festival has farm animals you can pet and feed, live music, food, shops, activities such as mechanical bull rides, axe throwing, pony rides, and a passion fruit maze.

Raprager Farms is very family-friendly and has a lot of activities for kids. The farm has a huge bounce pillow, so kids can have a blast and jump all day! The farm also has a corn pit, a slide, field games, pumpkin painting, a fort, and Build-a-Buddy, which is a lot like “Build-a-Bear.”

A fun fact about Raprager Farms is that they are known for their apple cider donuts.

The owner of Raprager Farms, Justin Raprager, says, “We are the only place who does them in house and they are amazing.”

At 6 p.m. is Raprager October Nights, which includes a haunted maze with hidden scare actors that are dressed like grass so they can blend in and pop out at people in the maze. Then, there is a ghost hayride with a scary ghost story as you ride on the hayride through the woods. There is also a haunted barn where you can walk through. The barn has Halloween decorations, and fake scary monsters all around.

What is so great about Raprager Farms during the fall festival is it is for everyone! Even with all the scary activities, kids can participate if they want to.

Raprager said, “For the majority, I hope they see the care that the owners and every employee put into the experience, so they have an amazing time. It’s rarely perfect, but we always strive for perfection.”

The Raprager Farms team works so hard to make amazing, memorable days for their visitors.

An important reminder is that Raprager Farms’ festive fall activities are not open year-round. But visitors can still come to Raprager Farms and enjoy delicious restaurants, which include Whizk & Brew, the Chocolate Factory & Sweet Shop, Moo & Brew, and the Watering Hole, which serves dirty sodas and freshly squeezed lemonade. At Raprager Farms, there is also a farmer’s market, where you do not have to pay to get in.

Raprager says that Raprager Farms have many new fun things to do as well, such as movies in the park, karaoke, live entertainment, and firepits.

Make sure to attend Rapragers Farm Fall Festival before it ends and come to the farm to check out the many fun events they have! If you are looking for an inexpensive, festive, family-friendly, Raprager Farms is the place for you. Bring your family and friends to Raprager Farms, try their apple cider donuts, shop around, pick out a pumpkin to carve, and prepare to have the perfect fall day.
