Run! Hide! Fight! That was the advice given to the elementary education majors in Dr. Wright’s class in Kirk Hall Wednesday, Oct. 17, during a presentation by retired Chief Robert Cabot, Ph.D.

Dr. Cabot, an instructor in the Criminal Justice department, provides this annual presentation to those students preparing to be future teachers. This presentation was especially timely since our surrounding school districts have recently begun implementing these types drills at the elementary school level for the possibility of an active shooter on campus.
