The season three finale is finally here for the TV show, The Summer I Turned Pretty, The Campus Activity Board (CAB) hosted a watch party for all students on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
The Summer I Turned Pretty is a teen drama that went viral for all the reasons of beach vibes, first love, friendship drama, and all the emotional chaos of growing up.
Even if you haven’t watched it yet, the show’s popularity comes from how relatable it feels. For example, awkward crushes, figuring out who you are, and those unforgettable summer memories.
The music in The Summer I Turned Pretty makes the show more popular. For example, Taylor Swift’s songs add strong feelings to Belly’s story, and other artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Lana Del Rey also help show the character’s emotions. These songs are viral and make fans feel connected not only to the show and Belly, but also to each other.

To celebrate the highly anticipated final episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty, CAB hosted a watch party that brought the Saint Leo University students together for a unique event of romance, rivalry, and raw emotion.
“This was a wonderful event to help students create lasting memories before graduation. Our goal is to continue building meaningful experiences for students and to host more events like this in the future,” said the members from CAB.
The event was held in the Student Community Center Boardrooms at 6 p.m. There was a largecrowd of students eager to see how Belly’s love triangle would finally unfold and whether she’d choose Jeremiah or Conrad.
Before the doors even opened, CAB started a poll on social media, asking people to vote for who they thought Belly would choose. According to the results, everyone voted for Team Conrad.Jeremiah didn’t receive a single vote.
Once students arrived at the event, they were allowed to get free chicken nuggets, refreshing drinks like iced tea, lemonade, and water, and perhaps the most iconic snack of the night, theSour Patch Kids. In Season two, Conrad buys her Sour Patch Kids knowing it was Belly’s favorite candy and Jeremiah bought her Swedish Fish. Later in season three, Conrad sends her a big bag while she’s in Paris to show her he remembers and cares.
Also, CAB handed out stickers to the students with the faces of Conrad, Jeremiah, and Belly.
As the lights darkened and the final episode began, the room buzzed with anticipation.
For the next hour, students were completely into the drama, reacting in real time with laughter, gasps, and even lots of screams.

Belly’s journey had everyone on edge, with some cheering her on and many whispering predictions as the story unfolded.
After the episode ended, many students discussed and shared their thoughts on Belly’s decision, reflecting on the emotional impact of the series.
This event was so much fun because it wasn’t just about watching a show; it is about building community, bonding over shared stories, and celebrating the kind of summer memories that The Summer I Turned Pretty captures so well.
