The parking lot closures, noisy construction, and office transplants of Spring 2022 paved the way for the triumphant completion of Saint Leo University’s most recent remodeling project—the Marion Bowman Activities Center.
“One of our main goals is actually to send a Saint Leo student to the Olympics,” says Scott Schludt, assistant coach of the Saint Leo sporting clays team. After the breaks and inconveniences caused by COVID-19, Saint Leo University’s athletic teams were slowly able to return to their routines in Fall Season 2021 and Spring Season 2022. However, some strict rules issued by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) came hand-in-hand with some good outcomes for the athletes that were restricted during Spring Season 2020.

Navigate is a new tool that Saint Leo University launched on September 15. The tool is used to help students find their course schedules and contact information on success coaches and advisors, along with the ability to view instructor office hours.
From Sept 17 to Sept 24, 2022, the Dade City Center for the Arts hosted their annual Art Walk, which featured 22 local businesses and artists presenting their work to the community. The walk’s main objective was to educate people on the artistic environment, local history, and personalities that dwell in Dade City.
