Saint Leo University’s University Ministry offered their annual kayaking trip to the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park on Sept. 15, giving students a chance to explore the great outdoors that Florida has to offer.
The mayor of St. Leo, Vincent “Mike” D’Ambrosio, voted to move forward with development of the St. Leo town center earlier this year. He wanted to provide entertainment, shopping, events, and, of course, community space.

On Aug. 27, 2024, the Saint Leo University Campus will be swarming with new faces, and some familiar ones, as school is now back in session. While many look forward to starting their classes, others enjoy the presence of their friends and spending time with each other during fun activities on campus.
As students return to campus from their summer breaks, they will be reunited with their friends, teammates, professors, and coworkers. But there’s one other thing, being reunited with Saint Leo University.
