Saint Leo University offers a variety of complimentary classes to students and faculty, including Zumba.
Saint Leo University offers a variety of fitness classes at the Wellness Center for all university students free of charge! These classes range from pilates, zumba, spin, yoga, aqua fitness, balance & flexibility, plyometrics, shred & tone, and gym introduction.
Naturally, students at Saint Leo University were also interested in this prestigious golf event and followed the golf tournament, cheering for either Europe or the USA.
Due to the operational changes Saint Leo had to make last semester, the following sports sadly will not continue this year on campus
On a Wednesday October 4, when fall evening showers have been placed on a hold, the Saint Leo men’s soccer team took on the Florida Southern College Mocs at home. It is safe to say that this game was one that was exhilarating and left many other attendees on the edge of their seats.

One of these hard-working athletes is Luzia Obermeier, a dedicated tennis player whose day-to-day summer routine offers a glimpse into the summer break of a driven student-athlete.
Many student-athletes and employees from Saint Leo University know “Super Suz” and “Barb” for their fantastic work over the past few years. Unfortunately, both left Saint Leo this summer to pursue new endeavors, but each left behind an impressive career and accomplishments.
Summer is the time for student-athletes to fill up the batteries and recover from an injury to be the best possible version of themselves for the upcoming fall season.
