CNBC recently premiered a new reality show that is unlike any other in its space. Each episode of “The Job Interview” follows two representatives of an actual company as they search for an ideal candidate to invite to join their team. The show follows employers as they go through the process of interviewing several candidates that have applied for the position. Viewers are able to learn what the employers are looking for in a candidate, which questions employers ask, and which critical faux pas cost interviewees that final approval from home without risking their own success. This show epitomizes the…

“A Bad Moms Christmas,” the sequel to “Bad Moms” (2016) uses comedy to highlight an issue that many Americans face during the holiday season. The mothers of “Bad Moms” realize that they have been overworking themselves to make Christmas perfect by societal standards to the point that they are unable to enjoy Christmas themselves and spend real quality time with their children separate from the superficial aspects of the holiday. The moms, Amy (Mila Kunis, “Friends with Benefits”), Kiki (Kristen Bell, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”), and Carla (Kathryn Hahn, “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days”) vow to take back…

The eagerly awaited newest addition to the Netflix superhero catalog, “The Punisher,” released on Nov. 17 to rave reviews. “The Punisher” is the latest in the “Defenders” series on Netflix, however it is a spin-off, with little to do with the likes of “Iron Fist,” “Jessica Jones,” “Luke Cage,” and “Daredevil.” “The Punisher” is an antihero who is a fan favorite of many Marvel Comic fans. “The Punisher” has no superpowers, he is simply a vigilante with an incredible knowledge of firearms and survival tactics. “The Punisher” is one of the few heroes to have no issue with killing a…

Week 12 is odd for many fantasy owners because instead of having one Thursday game, we get to watch three due to Thanksgiving. Many players already played the other day, but luckily there are no more bye weeks, so we don’t have to worry about star players being out of lineups. In case you are still down a few players because of injury or some other reason, check out these sleepers to start this weekend. J.D. McKissic, RB Seattle Seahawks: The Seattle Seahawks’ run offense has been very inconsistent this season with no single player emerging as the clear…

On Nov. 15, Australia announced that the majority of voters voted “yes” for a change in the law to allow same-sex marriage. For decades, different communities have fought for what they believe in, having to fight to be heard due to inequality, including the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) community. Recently, the community has been pushing for equal right marriage in countries that currently do not have an installment in their favor. Australia recognizes the travails that the community has faced in the past, and decide to vote. BBC News reports that about 12 million people voted on the…
